To provide a good service we collect only the details needed to fulfil an order and keep customers informed, in line with the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act. What we collect. When you order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address with its note (floor, flat, intercom), your order note, the company name and tax number if you want the invoice made out to a company, and what you ordered. When you write to us through the contact form: your name, contact and message. Why. To prepare and deliver your order, to keep you informed about it, to handle complaints, and to meet our legal obligations (accounting and tax). We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them. Payment cards. We never see or store your card details: you enter them on Raiffeisen Bank's secure page. The bank tells us only whether the payment succeeded and its transaction number. Who sees your details. Only staff who need them for the job - the kitchen and delivery - and partners who provide a service to us, as far as they need them: Raiffeisen Bank (card payments), Wolt (when their courier delivers: name, phone and address), Google (finding the address on the map), Resend (sending email), and our hosting and database providers. All staff and business partners are bound to respect customers' privacy. On your device. So that you do not have to type everything again next time, the site may remember your order details in your browser. They stay on your device, and you can remove them by clearing the site's data in your browser. Visits and cookies. The site counts visits without cookies and does not store your IP address. We use analytics cookies only if you agree to them; the details are on the Cookies page. How long we keep it. We keep order details for as long as the purposes above require and as long as the law obliges us to. Your rights. You can ask to see your details, have them corrected or deleted, restrict their processing, and object - write to us at office@xopizza.rs. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
